You’ve probably laughed at Peter Green’s jokes for years without even knowing it; Peter’s a comedy writer for some of Australia’s most popular TV comedy shows! A comedy virtuoso, Peter has been performing stand-up comedy all around Australia since the 1980s.
Christina Van Look splits her time performing comedy between Australia and the USA. If she seems hilariously familiar, some of the many places you may have seen her perform include several famous New York comedy clubs, on Foxtel, or on one of many comedy cruises.
If you’ve ever laughed at the comedy in-flight entertainment on a major airline, you may already be familiar with the comedy work of Peter Meisel. Some of the many, many other places you may have laughed at Peter include the Midday Show, Good News Week, five movies, six radio programmes, or as the opening act for Robin Williams, Carl Barron, Akmal Saleh, Wil Anderson, Peter Berner, Tahir, Rich Hall, Arj Barker or the Umbilical Brothers.
And to host is the ever so lovable Sean Morohan the thinking person’s idiot. Sean Morahan is a comedian and writer, physically based in Sydney and mentally based at an Australia v West Indies test cricket match at Adelaide Oval in the 80s.
Jaded by the unrelenting and excruciating highs of working as a car salesman, private investigator and builder’s labourer, Sean yearned for the sombre drudgery of making people laugh for a living, without offering them a trade-in price, showing them photos of their spouse’s new lover or falling off some scaffolding.
